1.2.1 Delivery methods

The package containing the products ordered and paid for is placed in the mailbox at the Delivery Address provided by the buyer.

In the event that the mailbox is insufficiently sized, the Buyer or the recipient of the Order receives a delivery notice, allowing them to collect the package from the location indicated in this delivery notice within 10 to 14 days. .

1.2.2 Returns in the absence of withdrawal

Whatever the delivery method, in the event that the package is not collected within the time indicated on the delivery notice, the package is returned to the French Waver logistics department. In this case, the Buyer will be reimbursed for the amount of the Order, delivery costs deducted, using the same means of payment as that used for the purchase, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another means of reimbursement.

1.1 General rules

Products subject to a final order from the Buyer under the conditions described in article 3.3 above will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form, in countries eligible for delivery. delivery at the time of ordering.

By default, purchase invoices are sent by email to the email address indicated by the Buyer when registering on the FRENCH WAVER Site. Failure to comply with the contractual conditions described below, no claim from the Buyer will be accepted.

Depending on the size of the package and the delivery location indicated by the Buyer, one or more delivery methods will be offered to the Buyer when placing the Order.

Whatever the delivery method, the Buyer or the recipient of the ordered products is invited to check the apparent condition of the products upon delivery.

4. Right and period of withdrawal

4.1. Legal right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. In the event of an order sent in several packages, the order withdrawal period begins the day following receipt of the last product in the order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration to the email address frenchwaver@gmail.com

As an exception to the above and in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer is informed that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the subject of the contract relates to the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

4.2. Withdrawal effects

In the event of withdrawal by you from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of initial delivery (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a method delivery other than the less expensive standard delivery method upon receipt of the return of your order, following refusal of delivery and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw of this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means; in any case, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for you.

We may defer reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever date is the earlier of these events.

The right of withdrawal creates an obligation to return the products of the order. In accordance with article L. 121-23 of the Consumer Code, following the exercise of his right of withdrawal, the Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from the day of receipt of his order by himself or by the recipient of the order, to return the entire order at his own expense and obtain, at the Buyer's choice, an exchange of the products, or a credit or reimbursement corresponding to the amount of his order . The products must be returned to FRENCH WAVER according to the procedure described in Article 7 - below.

5. Return of products

To return all or part of an order during your withdrawal period, you must send us an email directly to frenchwaver@gmail.com

Please note: no product must be returned before obtaining the agreement of our Customer Service. Any order returned without following the procedure will not be processed.

FRENCH WAVER does not accept parcels sent postage collect. Any risk linked to the return of the product is the responsibility of the Buyer.

Return costs following withdrawal or for errors made by the Buyer when placing their order, voluntary exchange will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

The products must be returned in their original condition, protected or packaged in their original packaging. The Buyer's liability may perhaps be incurred by the Company in the event of depreciation of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and good condition.
